Project LIFT was widely disseminated through the dissemination activities carried out during the 25 months of project development.
The consortium has developed the planned dissemination products to reach the target audience and the dissemination activities had a different aim depending on the phase of project development.
During the first year, these activities were aimed, on one hand, at making the project, its goals and planned activities visible to the target group and to other organizations and stakeholders which can promote the project to their own networks and utilize its outputs, and on the other, at creating a network of associated partners to be involved in the project activities as a strong pillar in the development of the project products.
In the second project year, the partners performed targeted dissemination activities for spreading and applying the developed products with the target groups, namely e-learning platform, blended training modules, Roadmap Paper and Virtual Video Tour. Target group representatives were involved in a wide range of piloting and exploitation events, creating a forum for discussion of the opportunities for disadvantaged women in learning coding and using ICT skills for successful labour market realisation.
