About the project Objectives Outcomes

This project intends to establish best practice in how to "break the glass ceiling" of access to quality ICT learning and self-learning amongst women.

The LIFT project is aimed towards women who lack basic ICT knowledge and who may also have a low level of technological confidence. The project aims to offer compensatory learning in basic IT and programming skills through mentoring, training and confidence-building measures.

The virtual video-tour contains 6 short films introducing successful female IT professionals in different countries and presenting their career and lifestyle.
The product includes texts with resumes of the characters. You are welcome to choose what place to visit, what character to review, or whom’ s resume to read.
